Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we'll gladly provide a replacement or a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Before placing your order, please make sure you've selected the correct:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Shipping Address

We Do Not Offer Refunds If:

  • The wrong size or color was selected.
  • An incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Order Changes

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.

After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.

EU Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • It is returned in its original condition.
  • It has not been customized or specially prepared for your order.
